Jean Goode Obituary
Jean O. Goode departed this life on November 21, 2018. Born in Evergreen, VA, he was the son of the late Dan and Lathreata Goode.
At an early age Jean accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior.
Jean was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Lathreatha Goode; five brothers; James, Donald, Kenneth, George and Stephen goode; and one sister, Rachel Goode.
Left to cherish his memories are two sons; Daryl and Selander Goode, both of Fayetteville, NC; one grandson, Davin Goode, NC; six sisters; Mary Mickle (James), Richmond, VA; Wanda Robinson, Spout Spring, VA; Virginia Hunter (Robert), Patricia Kelso (Louis), Carolyn Johns (Melvin) all of Appomattox, VA and Sheila Goode of Spout Spring, VA; two brothers; Henry Goode (Willa), Newtonville, NJ,and Jerry Goode of Appomattox, VA; extended family members, adopted sister Geneva Napier of Spout Spring, VA, and a host of nephews, nieces cousins and friends.
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and caretakers of Lynchburg General Hospital, Appomattox Rehabilitation Center and Appomattox Dialysis Center.
