Argenlina Denise Scott

Argenlina "Angie" Denise Scott departed this life November 16, 2022 at Lynchburg General Hospital surrounded by her family. Angie was born on March 11, 1965 to the late James Sandidge and Lucy Canada.

She was proceded in death by her father,  James Sandidge, brother,  Dwane Sandidge, mother in law, Veda Scott, and niece, Denesha Glover.

Raised in Amherst County, she then moved to Appomattox County where she met the love of her life, Kevin Scott in high school. They were high school sweethearts and married in March of 1985.

Angie leaves to cherish her memory of thirty seven years husband, Kevin Scott. Six children, LaKissa Sandidge, Nicki Scott, Danielle (Keta) Scott, China Scott, Jahmil Scott, and Kayla Scott. Eleven siblings whom she loved dearly and referred to her as "Pat",  James L. Sandidge (Joyce), Eunice Sandidge, Rodney Sandidge (Francine), Margie Blakley, Diane Sandidge, Marilyn Glover, Michael Turner, Cheyenne Sandidge, Carlos McDaniel, Monique Kyle (Jeffrey), Monica Revely (Carlos), and adopted sister, Barbara Canada. Four Grandchildren, Alijah Sandidge, Tyniah Lawton, Brielle Fayette, Amajeh Sandidge, and one great grandson, Avarie Sandidge.

Her in laws:  Arthur Scott wife Veda Scott (deceased), Michael Nance (Monica), Mary Epperson (Terry), Tricia Lee (Kenneth), and Tyrone Scott (Kim).

Devoted special friends, Susan Eanes, Ada Petty, and Min. Wanda Dickerson, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends throughout the community.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, 2 p.m. at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 14287 Richmond Hwy., Appomattox, VA  24522

Viewing at the funeral home will be on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, 12 noon until 5 p.m. and Mrs. Scott will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.

Mrs. Scott will be laid to rest at New Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery.
