Larry Edward Hamlette

Larry Edward Hamlette was born on April 19, 1950, to Pearline Virginia Cousin and to Samuel Hubbard (deceased). He married Mae Hamlette in 1988 and they were married for 34 years before her passing in September 2020. Larry along with Mae were members of Living Word Ministries under the leadership of Bishop-Elect James Camm. Larry loved attending Church and he had a personal relationship with The Lord. Larry served as a Marine and he also worked in medical transportation for many years. He had a strong love for his wife, children, grandchildren, and all of his family. His smile was always bright, he helped anyone that needed his help, and he had the ability to make anyone laugh. He will be remembered for his service as a marine, husband, deacon, father, grandfather, friend, etc. 

A drive-up parking lot memorial service for Mr. Hamlette is scheduled at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 14287 Richmond Hwy., Appomattox, VA, 24522 on Monday, November 29, 2021, at 1 p.m.
