Romantic "Chic" Davis

Romantic “Chic” Davis of Appomattox, VA, died on April 9, 2025.

Born on January 7, 1956, he was the son of the late Samuel C. Davis and Ada Liza Baker Davis.  He was preceded in death by five (5) brothers; Samuel C. Davis, Jr., Leon, Alex “Rockie”, Johnnie and Henry “Big Foot”.

He leaves behind two (2) brothers, Robert Wayne Davis of Long Island, VA, and Conway Davis of Appomattox, VA; four (4) sisters; Delma Hamlette of Lynchburg, VA, Ada Coleman of Appomattox, VA, Sue Hodge of Prospect, VA, Shirley Ghoston of Red House, VA; one uncle, William Baker (Annette) of Appomattox, VA; many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
